Bet9ja Sign Up Bonus 2026: ₦100,000 Welcome Offer | How to Claim with YOHAIG

The Bet9ja Sign Up Bonus Explained

100% deposit match up to ₦100,000 on your first deposit. That's the core Bet9ja registration bonus available to all new users who enter code YOHAIG.

Bet9ja holds 35 to 40% of Nigeria's betting market. Its sign-up bonus is the most popular welcome offer in the country. And you're reading the Bet9ja promotion code guide that explains it best.

Bet9ja Bonus Code YOHAIG: One Code for the Whole Sign Up Offer

The Bet9ja bonus code is YOHAIG, the same code that unlocks this sign up bonus. You enter it once, in the Promotion Code field on the registration form.

Here's what confuses people. "Bonus code", "promo code", "coupon code", "registration bonus" and "first deposit bonus" all describe the same Bet9ja offer. They all point to one code: YOHAIG.

Searching for a "free Bet9ja bonus code"? YOHAIG is free to use, and you never buy a code anywhere. You still need a qualifying online deposit in your own name, staked once at 3.00+ and settled before credit.

Bet9ja Deposit Code: There Is No Separate Code

There is no separate "deposit code" or "deposit promo code" on Bet9ja. YOHAIG goes in once, at registration, and no extra code is needed at the payment stage.

After that, your first online deposit must be staked once at overall odds of 3.00 or higher and settle before the bonus is credited. A deposit of ₦100,000 or more earns the full ₦100,000 sports bonus.

Bet9ja accepts bank transfers, cards, USSD and mobile money for deposits. See the Bet9ja deposit guide for each method.

Exactly Which Bets Count Toward Wagering

Not every bet clears your bonus balance. Here's what qualifies:

  • ✅ Singles or multiples on any sports market at overall odds of 3.00 or higher, once settled.
  • ❌ Split column bets, cashed-out, voided or cancelled bets
  • ❌ System bets
  • ❌ Bets backing opposing outcomes in the same match, and casino games

💡 The 20x requirement means a ₦10,000 bonus needs ₦200,000 of settled qualifying sports bets at 3.00+ within 30 days. Read our bonus conversion guide for strategies.

📊 Academic research confirms the power of sign-up bonuses: A 2023 University of Port Harcourt study (Chinda & Ozuru, IJRPR) found that betting bonuses are the strongest predictor of repeat visits (β=0.81, p<0.005) and referrals (β=0.72, p<0.005) among Nigerian youth, outperforming even odds quality as a driver of platform loyalty.

In a survey of 293 Lagos bettors, 56.7% chose Bet9ja over all other platforms. To unlock the maximum welcome offer, enter the Bet9ja referral code YOHAIG during registration: it is the same field as the promotion code and cannot be added later.
